Character: The Pinot Grigio is a fullbodied white wine which is full of extracts. It has a straw yellow colour, it smells flowery, the taste is pleasantly soft. Once it has ripened, you can taste hints of walnuts and honey.
Recommendation: Ruländer wines goes well with mushroom dishes, fish and seafood dishes. Serving temperature: 11 - 13° C

Gewürztraminer is an intense golden colour with a deep bouquet of complex fragrances such as lychees and orange peels, cloves, nutmeg and roses. The wine needs a few moments in the glass to give the best of itself. On the palate it is stimulating thanks to its structure, freshness and vivacity, with a very persistent and slightly bitter aftertaste. Gewürztraminer reaches its full development only after several months of aging in the bottle.
A fine, intense aroma supported by a full but at the same time, harmonious body are characteristics of "Gewürztraminer". "Nouvelle cuisine" offers many more opportunities to enhance the characteristics of this wine. Also we recommend serving this wine with shellfish, flavoured cheeses and desserts, such as strudel.
