Ich mag diesen Käse und den Rest habe ich zur Käsesoße mit frischen Erbsen (oder tiefgekühlt) für Gnocchi verarbeitet und genossen. Mit den Erbsen schmeckte die Käsesoße zu einem guten Rotwein besser als ohne Gemüse.
