I sentori di lavanda, fiori di tiglio, biancospino e magnolia si fondono a note di gerani in fiore, incenso, chiodi di garofano bagnati e paprika dolce. Il richiamo al mosto d'uva è al graspo spezzato ne concretizza il profilo di notevole precisione e complessità. Corpo medio-pieno, rustico e leggermente rigido al palato è figlio di un'annata calda sulla costa toscana e di una raccolta anticipata che ne preserva il bouquet ancora in parte da scoprire. Il finale è vivace e croccante e regala una mordenza ed una succosità di pochi eletti. Syrah in purezza. Che bello! Meglio dal 2022."
