The natural and layered clay soil and the Mediterranean climate give this wine its unmistakable notes. Vinification: The winemaking begins with the careful care of the vine. Important is the right choice of reading time. Subsequently, the wines are fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. Depending on the variety, the wines mature in large oak barrels or are matured in French oak barrels. This unfolds an unmistakable fine taste, which remains long and clean on the palate. The Haidenhof wines are in style rather fruity and body-accented. Matching: Ideal as an aperitif on hot summer days. Thanks to its depth, it is also suitable for tasty appetizers.
