Porcini mushroom cream obtained a very fine grinding of the product and cooked with fresh herbs. A condiment for first courses, a base for soups and a filling for pizzas, focaccias, bruschettas and savoury pastries.

INGREDIENTS
Porcini mushrooms 70% (Boletus edulis and its group), sunflower oil, water, onions, rice flour, dextrose, milk protein, salt, spices, flavouring.
salt, spices, flavours, yeast extract, acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330), antioxidant: lascorbic acid (E 300).
