Produced with olives harvested in the hills of Florence and cold pressed in the Frantoio di Santa Tea. Medium fruity aroma. Balanced taste with final sensations of artichoke. Intense green colour. Ideal on tortelli al ragu and excellent on pappa al pomodoro.

Table Parmesan - an original Italian Stravecchio. The cheese is compact in his structure with little punching, like the Grana (Parmesan). With increasing maturity this cheese tends to become emery and fragile.
The stone pine is a tree that usually grows on an altitude of 1800 m and is appreciated for its digestive and soothing properties. The cones are left to infuse cold in fresh grappa with stone pine cones that will confer the traditional red colour. Spicy and unique flavour.
