Seit ein paar Jahren kaufe ich hauptsächlich den Vierschacher Graukäse, da er mir als \"Fettarm\" empfohlen wurde. Ich lasse den Käse in einem separaten Kühlschrank in unserem Keller nach dem Kauf immer noch etwas nachreifen. Den Vierschacher Graukäse esse ich fast täglich zum Frühstück auf \"Schwarzbrot\". Meine Blutfettwerte halte ich dadurch in Grenzen und der \"Vierschacher Käse\" schmeckt mir noch immer. Bisher habe ich damit durchwegs gute Erfahrungen gemacht - auch im Sommer! Auch mit der Lieferung etc. gabs noch nie Probleme. Hoffentlich gibt es diesen Käse noch lange - zu dem vernünftigen Preis! Leider seid ihr Südtiroler etwas \"sparsam\" mit den Beschriftungen der Fettwerte eurer diversen \"sonstigen\" Käsesorten. Herzliche Grüße aus Oberösterreich! Johann P.

Ein wunderbarer, sehr gut schmeckender Käse, welcher von uns für Kaspressknödel verwendet wird. Schmeckt uns auch „sauer“ mit Zwiebel, Kernöl und Radieschen.
