VINIFICAZIONE: L'uva per questo straordinario vino è stata raccolta nel periodo di fine novembre, inizio dicembre. Elevazione e maturazione del vino avvengono nelle piccole barrique di legno francese..
NOTE SENSORIALI: Il nome ROAdN (dal tedesco HANG = pendio) assegnato a questo vino ricorda proprio la caratteristica del vigneto di coltura. Nella parlata locale, ROAN è la pronuncia data alla parola tedesca Hang (it. pendio). Di un bellissimo giallo dorato intenso, di limpidezza pressoché cristallina e grande consistenza, regala profumi caldi, su uno sfondo mielato con intense note di frutta esotica sciroppata, uva passa e albicocche secche, scorze di agrumi canditi, frutta secca e rose appassite, zenzero e vaniglia. Dolce e vellutato in bocca esplode con vivacità, mantenendo una perfetta eleganza. Una lunga, fine, speziatura conclude la bellissima esperienza.
