Vitigno: Chardonnay

Descrizione: Colore giallo brillante con riflessi verdi. Bouquet ricco, complesso e fresco, dagli aromi delicati, profumo di burro e di vaniglia. È un vino corposo e pieno, elegante al palato, caratterizzato da un'acidità fresca e ben equilibrata. Il delicato sapore del legno si unisce armoniosamente alla struttura del vino. Persistenza molto buona con leggera nota di mandorla amara.

Abbinamento: Con pesce, crostacei, carni bianche e pollame.

Non è solo vino del momento, quello che affascina anche per il suo fascinoso nome, ma è un bianco di alta scuola enologica, frutto di vendemmie che non ammettono errori e che nulla concedono alla resa quantitativa. Ha un colore leggermente verdognolo, aromi di sambuca selvatica e di fichi, leggermente speziato, convincente. In bocca si rivela fine, secco e persistente, deciso. Un bianco per antipasti, per pesce con salse, per formaggi nostrani. Vinificato con tutti i carismi della tradizione enologica, rispettandone al massimo la sua intensità globale; al punto che sicuramen - te sarà in grado di .... sfidare i più grandi bianchi del mondo.
