Buon prodotto al palato anche se però è arrivato completamente cristallizzato e, malgrado il riscaldamento a bagno maria, tende nuovamente a cristallizzare. Sarebbe opportuno indicare in etichetta non solo il distributore ma anche, e soprattutto, il produttore. C\'è scritto miele italiano ma non la zona di raccolta.
