This high-quality product of the butchery Villgrater - Sexten is produced only of selected pork clubs which are mildly smoked, spicy, drily salted and stored to old Traditon for at least 6 months.
Bresaola is an air-dried beef ham of Italian origin. We only use beef our own slaughter for its production.
The soppressa is the most important product of our range. Its production is particularly accurate and the selection of the ingredients is perfomed following ancient traditions.
