Questo formaggio è stata una sorpresa è veramente buono molto friabile e con aroma persistente. È ottimo da solo su pane tostato accompagnato da vino rosso ma può essere usato anche per condire la pasta in questo caso mettetene poca quantità diluita con acqua della pasta perché è molto forte. Lo riordinerò sicuramente mi è piaciuto molto e ha riscosso enorme successo anche tra gli altri commensali.
