Tasting notes: This wine is pale yellow in colour with green reflections and characterises the variety with it's diversity of aromas: mature fruits such as apple and pear and bananas mixed with exotic fruit notes of mango and a trace of honey. Slightly spicy, well structured and full in the mouth with a mineral finish on the palate.

Sextner grey cheese dairy Sexten, spicy and aromatic low-fat cheese which is prepared with onions, olive oil, some pepper and salt, speciality South Tirol.
The brilliant straw-yellow color is tinged with light green; the aromas vary quince to pears to toasted almonds. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and racy, with a round and harmonious finish, thanks to aging in barriques.
Our Weissburgunder, or Pinot blanc, is a refreshingly fruity white wine, green- to light yellow, with a delicate apple aroma and dry full-bodied structure. Notes of apples, nuts, green branches, and creamy butter carry through on the palate.
This is a highly individual wine and a copybook Gewürztraminer: full, bright straw yellow, concentrated with a strong aromatic character reminiscent of dried flowers and rose petals which develops and intensifies in the glass. Full-bodied, luscious but dry on the palate, the opulence cut by vibrant, firm acidity.
Harmonious, sapid and aromatic fragrance. It is excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, most of all fish based ones.
