Characteristic: The sandy porphyry weathered soils of Karneid, together with the lime gravel soils of Kaltern at over 600 metres above sea level, offer the best conditions for optimum ripening of the Kerner grapes with a fresh acidity. The wine has a straw-yellow appearance with green reflexes and a fruity-aromatic nose, reminiscent of ripe peach, mango and coconut milk. It is full-bodied on the palate and shows copious ripe fruit.
Recommendation: This wine pairs well with light appetizers, grilled fish and also as an aperitif.

Our Blauburgunder, or Pinot noir, is a ruby to garnet red wine with pronounced tannin profile, an intense, ethereal bouquet which is reminiscent of wild berries, and a lingering, full finish.
The Kalterersee Auslese is a light-bodied wine, whose color is light ruby to deep ruby red. It is pleasant and fruity on the palate, often with a touch of bitter almonds.
Typical South Tyrolean red wine made the Schiava grape, with a strong ruby to garnet red colour. Its bouquet is characterised by a broad palette as fruity aromas, forest fruits through to cherries, which then open up and intensify on the palate. Delicate and yet at the same time with a strong structure, this St. Magdalener is a pleasant, tempting wine. It goes especially well with roasts, game and spicy cheeses. It gains in strength and intensity when aged in the cellar.
