The South Tyrolean "Hirschwurzen" (smoked sausages of deer and pork meat) Villgrater are produced of 60% of deer meat and 40% of pork, are mildly smoked and refined with juniper, spicy in the taste.
After expert smoking process the wild sausages mature in three weeks up to the right cut firmness. A condition for this qualitatively very high-quality product are an expert choice and processing of the ingredients, thin game and pork. It's light smoke taste is typical.

Levoni bresaola della Valtellina PGI is made eye of round, beef's most prized cut. Meat is "dry" flavoured with salt, pepper, wine, garlic, cinnamon, laurel and cloves. During its slow maturation phase, the product develops its characteristic fragrance and taste. Its aroma is typical of matured and spicy meat, its red colour is bright and uniform.
In the production process like a salami, the form like a "Wurze" the taste incomparably. The minisalamis are suited very well as an occasionally small snack or as provisions for a mountain hike with friends. This product is particularly appreciated connoiseurs.
