Starting his place of birth, the village Tramin in the southern Alto Adige, this variety conquered almost the whole world. Sill, he shows his best characteristics in his home country, with his typical spicy (cloves), floreal (roses) and fruity (lychee) notes. Actually has this variety, at least what reguards his aromaticity, very few concurrents. With the Gewürztraminer of our classic line we wanted to underline the elegant side of this variety. It's almost dry, which makes him easier to drink than his sweeter relatives, and it's also easier to combine with various dishes.
It's a good choice as aperitif, with tasteful starters, grilled fish, seafood, crustaceans and white meat. The Gewürztraminer has a good aging potential, but we recommend drinking this one during his first 3 years. The best service temperature is 12 - 15 °C.

brilliant, light yellowish colour with a green tint. Very fresh, quite pronounced, grapey aroma with notes of ripe subtropical fruit, gooseberry and elderflowers. Similar palate with a good intensity. Medium to full-bodied, clean, very dry with a deliciously fresh aftertaste.
Bright yellow to gold in hue, with a broad spectrum of aromas, including rose petals, honey and nutmeg. Full of character, it is well-structured and pleasantly salty on the tongue. Partial aging in small oak barrels lends this wine structure and elegance. It is well suited to cellar aging.
For gourmets a confidential tip! The mild Sarntaler handle has a ripening period of three months and is produced in the in-house buchtery by well-chosen leg shares.
The classical bacon is produced of the best piece of the leg. Refined with spices, mountain herbs and salt, the bacon is pickled for 20 days. After a cold smoke phase with beechwood filings the bacon sides are matured for a total of 5 months in our pure mountain air at controlled temperature.
