Kofler Speck is a South Tyrolean family enterprise with passion for bacon, sausages and meat products. After traditional and transmitted recipe refined generations and with very modern processing technologies we produce for over 30 years decent bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Gselchtes (smoked cattle ham) and other high-class specialities.
To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.
The ingredients are freshly pressed dessert apples the sunny fruit arrangements of the Weissenhof. By the natural fermentation and storage in wooden barrels this apple vinegar receives a full taste and his unmistakeable aroma.

Because sesame contains among others unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, dietary minerals, E and B vitamins, it makes our Schüttelbrot very easily digestible. The careful addition of local spices rounds off this unmistakable culinary experience.
