Kofler Speck is a South Tyrolean family enterprise with passion for bacon, sausages and meat products. After traditional and transmitted recipe refined generations and with very modern processing technologies we produce for over 30 years decent bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Gselchtes (smoked cattle ham) and other high-class specialities.
To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.
Fresh, fruity and noble - Our South Tyrolean summer wines. The wines we have selected today are serious yet enjoyable wines that will please any palate. They are refreshing,with moderate acidity and are best suited as terrace wines, as aperitifs or as accompaniments to light, Mediterranean cuisine.
Artisan breadsticks made pretzel dough. A temptingly crispy mix of Italian grissini and traditional pretzels. Perfect as an aperitif accompanied by cheese, bacon or sausage, for dipping and for the small appetite in between.
Cut cheese goat milk Appearance: pink rind - porcelain white interior Aroma: fruity - slight yeasty scent Flavour: sweet - spicy - harmonic Consistency: rubbery Maturation: 3 months in the refining cell.
Fresh cheese bovine, ovine and goat milk, Appearance: white with coloured dry fruits, smell: fruity - champignon, taste: harmoniously, consistency: creamy - softy, maturation: freshly, maturation time: to consume freshly.
Gastronomic product based on bread and speck, typical of Alto Adige. Excellent with broth. Also ideal with sauerkraut, sausage, knuckle, cooked pork or vegetables. Also delicious with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Cook in salted water or boiling broth for about 15-17 minutes.
