Deion: Medium garnet colour with ruby hints. Rich, quite pronounced, spicy aroma with a chocolate character, floral impressions (violets), red fruit and prunes. Soft, smooth fruit, full bodied. Masculine style. Firm, dry and somewhat earthy finish.
Suggested Food: Red meat such as beef and lamb, venison, game, all kind of cheeses.

purple colour with garnet hints. Quite pronounced fruity aroma with notes of red and black berries, paired with floral, mineral and spicy nuances (black pepper). Medium to full-bodied, good intensity on the palate, balanced, with present ripe tannin. Good length.
80% of apple juice, 20% of strawberry juice. The high flavoured strawberries for this fruit juice come the Martell Valley, a high mountain valley of the Vinschgau.
