This herbal tea mixture brings you balance and harmony. The taste of melissa, lime blossom and lavender helps your mind to relax. Best to enjoy half an hour before going to bed.
Preparation:
For the preparation of Bergila herbal teas dash the herbs with 90°C hot water (leave water standing for one minute after boiling). For one cup you need one teaspoon of loose herbs. Leave the tea to draw for 5 to 8 minutes. The longer the tea is left to draw, the more intense the bitter compounds come out and the more color will develop. Cover up the tea while leaving it to draw to avoid the evaporation of the essential oils.
Ingredients:
melissa*, mallow*, lime blossom*, hillary mint*, lavender*, cornflower*

Because sesame contains among others unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, dietary minerals, E and B vitamins, it makes our Schüttelbrot very easily digestible. The careful addition of local spices rounds off this unmistakable culinary experience.
The making of Schüttelbrot is inextricably entwined with the history of South Tyrol. This rustic family recipe has been handed down generation to generation. Our 'Bauern Schüttelbrot' is made with light rye flour and carefully improved with caraway and fennel - 100% natural crunching fun, of course.
Spelled Vinschgerl, pronounced Alto Adige If South Tyrol could be bitten into, it would taste like Vinschgerl: the typical wholemeal rye bread made sourdough, slowly rising and flavoured with aromatic spices. Sure, it has a strange name and is easier to eat than to pronounce, but then again, you can't talk with your mouth full! Heat it up in the oven at 180° for 4 minutes to release all its flavour.
Amber honey of more or less clear shades depending on the place of collection; suitable for the preparation of desserts and puddings. It goes well with meat and fish in sauce.
