To create a spirit with such flavour that it is like biting into the fruit itself, we use only selected apricots sourced areas of traditional cultivation. For this apricot schnapps, they are carefully selected by hand and twice distilled in copper pot stills using the bain-marie method. Due to the strict selection criteria, only a limited amount of this incredibly fruity and full-bodied apricot schnapps is produced.
