Honeydrew honey 500 gr. - Apiary Dolomiti
The honey honeydew derives reworking by bees of a substance secreted by certain insects (honeydew) that feed on the sap of particular plants, they retain the nitrogen and excrete excess fluid rich in sugars. Has a dark amber color and does not crystallize.
In the mouth the flavor is full, aromatic, slightly sweet than nectar honeys. Particularly appreciated by those whose activities are sports, the honeydew has a positive effect on the nervous system.
The complex aroma of wood honeydrew, is accentuated turn to medium-textured cheese, dry cheese, not too fat, but also goes well with boiled meats in warm milk brings out the malty component.
Only the juiciest and ripest fruit are granted entry into Spitz fruit syrup. Artificial colouring agents and preservatives are told: "Sorry, you have to stay out front".

This youthful fresh wine makes a very elegant impression. Greenish-yellow to bright yellow colour with delicate fruity and floreal aromas toghether with mature apples prevalent in the bouquet. Its lively style combined with a balanced acidity accompanies this wine through its harmonious finish. Good accompainment with all sort of appetizers, as well as asparagus dishes, seafood, pork or veal.
Straw yellow in colour with green nuances, a fresh bouquet reminiscent of apple and pear; crisp and zesty on the palate, round, with masses of finesse.
