One of the traditional South Tyrolean dishes are the bacon dumplings, hand made by the butcher's shop Villgrater in Sexten/Sesto.
You have to put the dumplings merely in hot salted water for 8-10 minutes and this speciality is already ready for eating.
Dumpling sausage - pork and beef, roughly ground, natural bowel, smoked. To 2 pieces vacuum-packed, weight approx. 280 gr.
